We will gather together monthly online and I will lead a discussion on a specific topic to bring awareness to where you are holding yourself back, playing small and staying within the confines of the box you allowed someone else to put you in.
This enlightenment is key to your journey and where both healing and change can meet.
If you recognize that you are putting on a mask every day then this community is a solution for you!
But be prepared! I am not afraid to call you out when you create roadblocks for yourself.
In between monthly circles, your momentum continues with guidance from playsheets, meditations, exploratory exercises, and so much more dripped into your life, and stored in a resource library that you can access 24/7.
